Chapin Concrete Contractors, Inc. (CCCI), has been constructing residential foundation packages in South Carolina since September of 2012.
Over the years, CCCI has developed a reputation for performing high quality, accurate, and structurally sound work.
We employ a specialized staff of craft workers and project managers trained specifically in residential foundation construction. Our managers are ACI Certified Residential Concrete Foundation Technicians, hold OSHA 30-hour safety certifications, and have over 70 years of combined experience in residential foundation construction. We are often asked by our customers to assist in the design of complex foundation solutions for a wide variety of residential projects.
CCCI recently achieved one of the highest certifications in our industry, and after a thorough review and examination, received the designation as a CFA Certified Foundation Company by the Concrete Foundations Association. We are the only foundation contractor in the State of South Carolina, and one of only 14 nationally to earn this designation.
With over 460 successfully completed residential foundation projects to our name, we have the expertise, manpower, and equipment necessary to construct any residential foundation package, small or large, simple or complex.
